On the deadly attack at St. Mark’s Cathedral, the main Coptic cathedral, in Cairo, Egypt and the twin attacks in Istanbul, Turkey

The Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) is deeply saddened by the deadly attack at St. Mark’s Cathedral, the main Coptic cathedral, in Cairo, Egypt and the twin attacks in Istanbul, Turkey. The attack on the cathedral was the second major attack on the Coptic community in three days. We send our sincere condolences and prayers to the families and communities of the victims in Cairo and Istanbul. In this blessed month of Rabi ul Awwal, we pray for an end to senseless violence around the globe, for restoration of peace and an end to all injustice and oppression plaguing our world.
