Message from the Executive Director

Assalamu Alaikum!

Greetings of Peace,

As a membership-based, 501 (c) (3), not-for-profit organization, ISNA’s mission is to continue to develop the American Muslim community through education, civic engagement, interfaith collaboration, youth empowerment, and other programs. For more than 58 years, as the leading organization, ISNA has provided a variety of services to the Muslim community in North America including Annual Conventions, Conferences, Youth programs, Interfaith Alliances, Education Forums, Chaplaincy Services, Scholarships, Masjid Services, Non-Profit Management Training, and more. Through its inspirational and impactful leadership and services, ISNA has been an important part of American Muslim life and culture.

ISNA will continue to bring together scholars, civic leaders, expert educators, and best practitioners to bring you quality services and expertise. Our basket of services is broad and diverse and we believe that everyone can benefit from them.

We are excited to open a new chapter at ISNA and as we do so we want to be in full communication with you. We believe that your support and involvement will continue to strengthen ISNA and make it great.

As we embark on this new journey with a renewed commitment, I take solace in the fact that we have a committed board, staff, volunteers, and important stakeholders and supporters like you.

Although there are many challenges, I am excited and inspired by the great possibilities of growth and development waiting for us. I am confident that with the help of Allah (SWT) and your help and support, we can achieve great things. There are many ways you can support and be part of ISNA – renew your membership, become a new member, support ISNA financially, volunteer with ISNA, host a webinar, attend our events, host an ISNA day in your community, and more.

I am personally committed to nurturing a culture, which enables greatness, encourages openness, and helps us provide quality services to our members and the community at large. As we face new and evolving challenges, I want to assure you that, with your help; we will continue to make ISNA operationally efficient and programmatically relevant.

Jazak Allahu Khayran,
