Affiliate Event Fee Processing

This page is to assist in the affiliate room reservation process. ISNA has implemented a new process to streamline the meeting requests for space. You have received this link because your organization’s event has been approved by ISNA.  Once the $500 payment is processed, you will be connected to the contact at the Hilton.  By submitting payment to this form, you understand that:

1. All food and beverage costs and other fees associated with your event are incurred by your organization. Billing is between your organization and the hotel itself.

2. Any AV costs for your event are also incurred by your organization and will be paid directly to the hotel’s approved vendor.
